Hi there...My name is Summer...I'm 24 years old......single and I live
in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. I started the channel
#DarkCrystal in November 1998. My nick in channel is "Sorceress"... Many
people have asked me if the channel is named after the movie DarkCrystal
and as much as I would like to say yes...cause the movie was really great...that
wasn't why I originally named it. I was given a dark crystal necklace by
someone very special to me...and this channel is dedicated to him...
Most people have a very limited vision of what Canada is like. They assume this area is all snow covered and all Canadian's live in igloo's...BRRRRRR. Fortunately, that's not true. I for one..live in a fantastic lil two bedroom condo...
I've lived in BC all my life and I really love it here. The mountains...lakes...and
the ocean nearby never cease to amaze me with their beauty. I live on the
west coast ...near the ocean and I love to walk along the shore...to a
special huge rock I found a few years ago. I do my best thinking while
sitting atop this rock and many a bit of poetry has been pulled from the
deepest corners of my mind as I sit and enjoy the beauty that only the
seashore can offer. 
This picture is the beach near me...and
the pier here is fantastic for romantic walks at nite..or lowering a
trap and catchin some fresh crabs. Yummy!
I have two sisters...one who lives in Kelowna, BC and the other one is currently staying with me until she gets herself a place of her own. I don't mind her staying...cuz she is a fantastic cook and if it wasn't for her..I would probably eat only toast for dinner. *grin*
I enjoy camping...hiking..fishing (but I use rubber worms...I can't stand to touch yucky real wiggly ones) I love to ski..and we have the best mountains here. I like to draw, write poetry and I love music...all music....Metal, Alternative, R & R , Classical, and yep..even Rap and Country...it all depends on the mood I'm in...what I will listen to...but I do find I listen to more Gothic music than anything else. It's hard to say what my favorite song is..cuz there's such a variety to choose from and so many great ones..but I was given an mp3 of a song from someone awhile back...and I loved it so much I had to go buy the album. It's an older group...and I had to special order it and it took like 6 weeks to come but I play it every day...The group is called... This Mortal Coil...the song..."Song to the Siren."
go. Like I said....she is a fantastic cook and is constantly
cooking up some new dish for us to try. She loves the beach too... but
I don't think its for the same reasons as me...she knows its the best place
to get a good view of the cutest guys butts *grin*...and she takes full
advantage of it. She loves chatting on the phone and its rare she isn't
on it when she's home...as anyone who tries to call me will tell you. Thank
God for the call waiting...or I would never get a call *grin*
This is Kelly...she is the one on the left, and that's me on the right.
Kelly is 21...and just recently got married to a great guy named Tim...who
totally adores her. She's a great sister too. She's now living in Kelowna,
BC which is about 3 hours away from me...so I don't get to see her as often
as I would like to. She comes and visits me about once every couple of
months..and I try to get up there about the same. She loves camping and
fishing...and that's one reason they moved to Kelowna. It has some of the
best lakes around and the country is beautiful. One day I hope to move up to the same area...buy some property...a couple of horses...maybe even a cow *grin* and live happily ever after.

her every chance I get. She's so smart and has already learned so many
words...even though she is only 16 months old. She loves to look at books
and will sit quietly for so long while you read to her. One of her favorite
TV shows is Barney and she forces me to watch it every time she stays at
my place...and even though I totally dislike that purple dinosaur...I sit
and watch...and smile along with her. Now..that's love eh? :) She
knows what sounds all the animals make and when you sing to her she
always shouts out the last word of every line. Like I said..she is so incredibly
smart for her age...
Ya....ya...I know..I brag to much about her but hey...its great to see
she takes after our side of the family...*grin*
